Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Delivery within the UAE costs 20 AED and is free on orders over 299 AED.
 Delivery times vary by Emirate and it usually takes 1-3 business days.

Return Shipping
A 20 AED fee applies to returns and exchanges within the UAE. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import fees, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are collected by the carrier or your local customs office on delivery. We can't predict these charges so kindly check with your local customs office before ordering.
Refusing a package due to customs charges doesn't exempt you from the fees, and may be treated as a standard return under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
