Refund policy:

Unfortunately we don’t refund to cash or card currently.

Store Credit Policy:

  • You can request a refund for store credit.
  • store credit is applicable only to use in this website and cannot be redeemed in any physical branch.
  • Store credit is valid for 180 days.
  • Store credit is not redeemable to cash.

Exchange Policy :

  • We have a 14-days Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange .
  • All international orders are not eligible for exchanged or refunded.
  • Sale, discounts, promotions items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  •  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase incase if you want to exchange from physical branches.

Exchange Shipping Fees:

”Any exchange WITHIN UAE will be subjected to 20AED returning fee”

You can exchange your or order at any of our physical UAE branches within 14 days of delivery.

Damages or wrong item received?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours maximum  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-Exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be Exchanged  (such as Underwear, Scarf & Shelah  or Under-Shelah ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges  for hazardous materials, flammable liquids , perfumes or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Steps to submit a return/exchange request.
To start an Exchange, head to the main menu and choose Exchange Item
- insert your invoice number and the email used for the purchase.

If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an Exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to collect your package.
